Table of contents

I created a table of contents in Word using insert, table of contents. It looks great except for one thing. One of several "headings 2"s does not have dots and does not print the page number in line with all of ther others. Does anyone know what I can do to fix this

1 Introduction.............................
2 Company Info..........................
3 Planning 5
 
What happens if you click in that particular entry and press Ctrl+Q? Or
update the TOC using F9?
