Table of Contents

I created a TOC and it work perfectly for me on my computer. I sent it to
another user and he is unable to click on the links. He gets a pop-up that
says to Cntr + click--but that doesn't work either. Why? How do I fix it?
 
We had a similar problem with Word 2000 documents we posted to the internet.
The only difference we could ferret out (and not saying this is the actual
problem) is machines running Windows XP and Word 2000 , and who had not
installed SP1 for Microsoft Office, could not use the Table of Contents nor
internal document links. Once this was installed, it appeared to work. People
running Windows 98 did not exibit the problem. The hyperlink issue is a known
problem with Word 2000, and was supposedly fixed with Word 2002 (not that
this means anything either.)
