Hi Terry-
If you intend to do this manually, you can go to Format>Tabs... to make the
settings
and choose your leader character. You may also need to edit the existing TOC
to remove any extraneous tabbing or spaces the creator may have used. To
check, click the ¶ button on the Standard toolbar to see what type of (and
how many) non-printing characters show up between the topic and the page
number on each line. Anything more than a single → would best be removed
before you set the new tabs.
