Table of Contents

Does anyone have any info on the TOC in FP 2000? I can't seem to control
what goes on the page. How do I keep some pages from showing up. I can't
see any pages while I am working on the site with FP. But when I look at
the site in the Web it is full of pages. None more than once (I did figure
that out). But there are a lot I would like to remove. How do you do it.
