I have just moved from Office 2000 to 2003. In TOCs in 2000, I clicked a
link in the TOC and am taken to the actual entry. Then I clicked the BACK
button to toggle right back right to the item in the TOC. Is there a BACK
button in Office 2003 Table of Contents that I can click to be taken right
back from the body of the document to where I clicked in the Table of
Contents?

Hi JB,

The BACK button is located on the Web toolbar. To display the toolbar, go
to View -> Toolbars, select Web.

As Nina says, the Back button is on the Web toolbar. You have several
choices, actually:

1. You can put the Back button on some other toolbar that you always have
displayed (in Tools | Customize, the command is WebGoBack under All
Commands).

2. You can use the keyboard shortcut for Back (Alt+Left Arrow).

3. You can add a GoToTOC button to any toolbar.

Nina and Suzanne, thank you both so much. Solves my problem perfectly...this
was the 1st question I posted to the discussion group, and my need was met so
quickly...thanks again.
