Is it possible to change a table name and automatically have its name
modified in all the queries that use it ?

No. You could buy (or create) a tool that can search for
the name and modify it, but there is nothing built in that
does that.

Wouldn't Name Autocorrect do that for them (at least in post 97 MDBs).

I don't know if, in theory, it should, but I can't trust it
to do anything reliably. It has messed up so many things
the few times I tried to use it that I now hammer that
feature into the off position.

I will try Name Autocorect. I thank you for the warning.
At first glance is basic to change the name. Sometimes , when constructing
queries in cascade and otherwise, I find it useful to name the table
diferently.
