table list showing on report

I'm new with access and really don't know to much about the visual basic side
of it.

I have a query that I'm trying to create a report from and have one table
that is showing the list (6items) of options instead of just the single
results. The correct is highlighted. Is there anyway of getting only the
correct result listed.

Going to need a wee bit more information... I can't see the correct one
that is highlighted. Can you post the SQL of the query?
