Table Driven Report Help

I have a table (tblComments) that I am using in a report.
I have a list of standard comments that I would like to
print out and distribute to our employees. I would like
the report to look something similar to this (currently
they mirror each other):

CommentID Comments Comment ID Comments
1 A 5 E
2 B 6 F
3 C 7 G
4 D 8 H

How do I distinguish between the two so both sides do not
look identical?
 
They look different to me. I think you need to provide some solid specs. Are
there one or more tables? Is your report multi-column? Could you provide
sample data?
