Table border won't print, not gridline

Hello,

I have formatted a table for borders, but sometimes the borders disappear
and need to be re-applied even though the border settings say it is formatted
for "all". When I try to save the document it will only print the borders
after I have re-applied.

Any Ideas?

Under which circumstances do the borders disappear? Are they visible in Print
Preview?
