Table Border Problem

I am suddenly having problems with borders in my tables and suspect that
I have done something in my style sheet, but can't figure out what is
going on.

The style sheet is here:

The problem table is on the right of the page. It should have a blue
border around the table and the cells, and a pale blue background. It
does when previewed in both IE6 and Firefox, but not when published.

I figured out the problem

Silly, silly me.

I forgot to publish the updated style sheet.

Hours I have spent. Time for a break.

Sometimes it is the obvious, you know?
