Tabbed browsing application for IE

I'm using IE 6 SP2. I really like tabbed browsing, but I've read that
the MSN Toolbar version isn't very good. Is there another free, good
application that installs tabbed browsing for IE? I know there are other
web browsers that have these features, like Maxthon, but I was hoping to
upgrade the original IE browser. If IE 7 was around the corner I'd merely
wait, but it appears that browser is months and months away from release.

I had a bad experience with the first beta version of the MSN Search toolbar
with tabbed browsing.

The latest version has been working fine though and I would recommend it.

Avant is also an excellent IE based tabbed browser
