tab to answer questions

Hi There,
I will be sending out an email for people to provide feedback. I want them
to click on reply and to make it easy, allow them to tab to the area where
they can answer the questions... like,

What do you like about such and such?

What don't you like?

Please let us know of anything... blah blah blah...

Is there a way I can do this?

it would be better to provide a link to a web site with the questions - you
can then use all of the form fields available in HTML coding.
