Tab Line Missing

When viewing workbook, the bottom tab line is missing from view. How do we
get it back?
 
You mean the list of sheet tabs across the bottom?

In Excel 2003 and earlier.............Tools>Options>View>Sheet Tabs

In 2007............Office Button>Excel Options>Advanced>Display Options for
this workbook>Show sheet tabs.
