Tab into specified cells

I'm looking to set up a worksheet so that when I open it
up I can only tab into specific cells. Is there anyway of
doing this?

There are a few way.

One is to unlock the cells you want to tab into (Format>Cells>Protection),
and then lock the sheet (Tools>Protection>Protect Sheet)
