TAB INDENT ON FORWARDS

Is there a way to disable the tab indent function when forwarding e-mails? We
use Office XP with Word to compose. This indent feature (annoiance) will
indent embedded graphs, charts, tables, etc. Then when someone prints it out,
it spans two pages wide. We would like to enforece 'no tabs/indents when
forwarded'. we want to avoid making the info into an attachment. everyone
hates attachments, especially if theuy have to add a comment to the info. Any
help is greatly appreciated.
Thanks,
jackle

You can control this behavior with a group policy object. Add the Outlk10.adm template from the Office Resource Kit to the group policy editor, then drill down to User Configuration / Administrative Templates / Tools | Options / Preferences / E-mail options / On replies and forwards. Note that this group of settings controls by reply and forward behavior.

You can specify the way messages are being forwarded or replyed to in
Tools-> Options-> button E-mail Options-> section at the bottom
