Tab control "Back Color"

Since the tab control does not provide a "Back Color" property, I've been
looking for a another method to work around this problem. I am familiar
with Stephen Lebans sample application showing how to this. Unfortunately,
when I convert the sample database to Access 2003 format, the samples no
longer behave as expected because setting the tab control Back Style
property to "Transparent" doesn't work for me. My current solution is to
simulate a background for a tab page using an appropriately shaped rectangle
with "Back Color" set as desired. This is not the best solution since I
can't fill the entire tab page and must accept a small white border on each
side. Does anyone know of another approach that may help solve this
problem? Is this "Back Color" and "Back Style" problem also an issue for
users of Access 2007?

Stephen,

Would you happen to know a magic fix for Access 2007? The "Use Windows
Themed Controls on forms" setting isn't making a difference there as it does
in 2003...

Thanks,
Jeff
