T60 modem

I have a T60 2007-44U and the modem is not working. I attempted to install
the driver, but nothing happens. Am I missing something?
 
I started there (Lenovo) but once I installed the drivers, it doesn't show up
as installed.

Then it may be broken. Contact Lenovo tech support for
repair/replacement.
