I think the transfer would need to be white, and you would print on the areas
that you want to "hide" to make the white design.

At the risk of having something heavy thrown at me, have you tried a
paintbrush and strong bleach? )

Hey, your lucky day. I was searching for the same transfer paper. I
found this at ink4art site:

10 PK Dark T-Shirt Transfer Paper
Ink4Art's 10 PK Dark T-shirt transfer paper. Print and transfer photos
and creative designs on T-shirt, pillowcases, and other fabrics using
your web-downloader, scanned, floppy/CD, digital photo images or other
fabrics and works with an ordinary household iron. (Transfers with a
white background around image)(100% cotton is recommended) (Printing
at 360 dpi is recommended) Contains: 10 sheets of transfer paper for
Dark colored shirts and 3 reusable sheets of overlay paper. (If your
overlay paper becomes damaged you can use Parchment paper)(ACID FREE
PAPER) Wash shirt before wearing completed transfer!

that would be good for some projects, thanks.

i was hoping more to be able to print white designs with the
background being the color of the colored shirt. . .

i wonder does anyone make white ink cartridges for injet printers,
where you just swap out your black ink cartridge, and print on a
special "white ink" t-shirt transfer paper...
