systray: force a program to minimize to sys tray, how?

I can see no way to minimize Ctunnel.exe to the system tray in Windows XP.
Is there a way to force a program to do this when no option in the program
exists to do it. I hate it being open on my taskbar all the time and I use
it enough I would like it to stay open in the systray.
 
It has to be programmed into the programs code. You can't force it if the
option doesn't exist.
 
Hi and thanks. Of course you are right about the program, but I was thinking
about a third party program that would make this happen for me.
