Systems Restore

When i go to Help And Support and click on System restore, the page comes up
blank except for the words "System Restore"

Its got me stumped.

Thankyou Mark for your reply, but the problem is that "nothing" appears when
i click on Help and Support, except the blank page. Cant click on Restore or
Create restore because nothing is there to click on. If i need to reinstall
XP can that be done without losing my prgrame file etc or is it possible to
install just the files needed for System Restore.

To repair all system files, go to Start/Run, and type: SFC /SCANNOW
