systemax computer

my cousin has an older systemax computer which has frozen up
completely. the only thing it will do is run loudly like it is booting
up and then the screen is complete white it won't do anything. any
ideas what this could be?

Not a clue, if it's important ie need files off of it, then take it to a good
repair shop and have them look at it.
I'd suggest if it's that old, to replace it with a newer one.

It's a hardware issue, not an XP OS issue.
