System32????

Hi. I keep getting a message coming up [about every 20 minutes]
It says " c:\windows\system32\usb.exe" " This system file not suitable for
running ms-dos and Microsoft Windows application" What can I do to stop this
appearing?
Please keep answers as simple as possible as I am quite new to computers.

Bert, go to Start>Run type: msconfig click OK. Select Startup
Tab. Look for an entry that has Usb.exe in it and
Uncheck.

Hi Rich, thanks for your help. I followed the path you gave me but I can't
find any entry that has "usb. exe" in it. Any other suggestions would be
greatly appreciated. Thank you.
