system32 folder pop-up during start up

I have a dell 8300 3.0GHZ PC which has worked fine for
about a month. However it has developed the annoying
habbit of opening the system 32 folder every time the PC
is booted into Windows XP home. Can anyone help me
erradicate this problem.

Go to Start.....Run......Type in msconfig
Uncheck the box next to /L:eng and the problem will go away. It is a
problem with the Audigy drivers.

I had same problem.
