System32 folder on startup

Everytime I boot windows XP the system32 folder appears
opened. Can anybody suggest a solution to this problem?

MVP Kelly has the fix for this problem. Go to the following website and
scroll down to line 260, right column. Click the link to download the file
and double click the file to run the fix.
