System32 folder named Hate

I hope this is the correct board to post to....

This folder appeared in my WINNT\system32\sysdata
named "hate". There are several applications in it.

Is this a legit folder??? or should I delete it?

I have a virus catcher running and have run a housecall
virus scan which found nothing. So if any of the apps are
viruses, thy much not be active. Any syggestions>

I have never seen the \sysdata folder before. I would do a search on
Google or at http://securityresponse.symantec.com/ for some of the names you
find in there and procedures to follow if any are maliciuos. I would also
try something like Spybot Search and Destroy and a Trojan scanner - a virus
scanner is usually not enough anymore. You should also visit
http://scan.sygatetech.com/ and scan for network vulnerability and a trojan
scan. A personal firewall [many free for personal use] is really a good idea
to have as they can control access to inbound and outbound traffic, even by
