system32 file also pops up when I start up. started doing this after I had
performed a disk cleanup and defraged. Performed these procedures because my
system started running slow...just upgraded to 512mb. In this system 32 file
one of the files is highlighted "dllcache". Is there one last step for me to
do with the disk cleanup or defrag? The "kelly tweaks" I couldn't download
"my registry would not except it???"
Need some one to respond with the answer in writing on this discussion group

The "dllcache" folder name is blue because this folder has been compressed.

Files and folders can either be encrypted or compressed, but they cannot be
both encrypted and compressed.

This can be caused by a blank entry, such as can be left behind by
an incomplete program removal, in the
HKLM\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Run and/or
HKCU\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Run keys. It can also
be caused by an entry in these same keys that starts with a " / ."
