System32 directory appears/run everytime I log on to Windows 2k

I have this issue above. Everytime I log on to Windows 2K, desktop appears
then after that the directory of windows32 appears. I have checked msconfig
and also the startup with no avail..HELP!!!!!!!!

The system32 is located under c:\windows.
