system32 and admin

okay, 2 separate problems, both seem serious.

1. on each startup, i get a bad message saying sytem32.exe could not be
found. I'm not an expert but i figure that file's pretty important.

2. When i open Photoshop it will load but before i can do anything a meesage
tells me something about i can't activate the program without user
priveledges. i'm under the only user account which must mean i'm admin.

I'll likely format everything but wouldn't mind an alternative.

If you mean system32.exe, that file is part of the W32.Mari@mm worm. Have a
look at the following article:

How long ago did you last virus check your system with the latest
definitions for your AV program?
