System won't enter Hibernation Mode due to Keyboard

I get a message stating that the keyboard will not allow the system to go
into hibernation. However, it worked before with thie same keyboard. I had
installed a Logitech mouse in between; however I have uninstalled the mouse
now due to mouse issues. I also uninstalled the mouseware for the mouse that
it had installed. I have gone to device manager to see if everything was ok
with the keyboard and had windows search for a better driver. It could find
one better than the current one. How do I fix this problem?

Thanks!

Hi,

Download the latest keyboard driver set from the manufacturer, then force
the install. You are probably using the standard 101/102 keyboard driver
which does not support standby or hibernate in most systems.
