system will not reboot

Running Windows 2000 professiona

I completed the installation of Norton Antispam and selected the reboot system option at the end of the installation

My computer will not reboot and continues to cycle through the restart process over and over again.

I have searched the Norton on-line knowledge base and find no related articles

Any suggestions on how to proceed are appreciated

Boot your machine in Safe Mode, then uninstall
Norton Anti-Spam.
