System user account reassigned special privledges every few minute

Hello,

Ever since I installed my Win 2003 Domain controler, I have noticed an Event
ID 576 "assigning special privledges" every few minutes. Almost every time
it is the domain controler assigning the same special privledges to the
system user account. Is this normal behavior on a Win 2003 Domain controler
to assign the same privledges to the system every few minutes??? I want to
track event ID 576, but this is just filling up my logs too fast.

Unfortunately, it happens on every W2K3 DC I have seen.
