does anyone know how to enable and disable the (blue
arrow) icon that hides and unhides the unused icons in
your system tray?

just reformatted PC with Windows XP Home, but even if I
click on "Hide inactive icons" under the Notification
area in my Taskbar and Start Menu Properties, I can't
seem to bring up the blue double arrow icon...

does anyone have any ideas? thx
 
Give it a few days. For my 3 machines, it took them a while, now they
autohide everyday.
 
so it doesn't matter that the blue arrow icon won't
appear at all? just found that it was strange that the
blue arrow icon does not show up...

did that happen for your 3 machines?
