How do I take something out of my system tray, so it will
not load up anymore?
Another question, how can I get my computer to load much
faster? It has been quite slow for some time now.
Any help on these questions, I would be greatly pleased
with all of your help.

First, right-click the icon in the tray and see whether there is a
menu option to keep it from starting on bootup. If you can't find it
there, try it with a left-click.

If not there, then look i your "Startup" group. If there's a shortcut
to the offending app there, get rid of it.

If you still can't find anything either way, then try Start|Run, type
msconfig. Go to the "startup" tab, and see if you can find it there.
If you do, remove the check next to it, and it won't autostart any
more.

haha...got there 1 min before you ;)
