System tray items

I recently purchased a new computer with windows XP pro
on it. It came with McCafee virus protection on it. The
icon apears in the system tray (lower right corner of the
task bar). I've always used Norton and wish to continue
to do so.

I don't want to delete the McCafee yet, but want it to
not auto start. How do I do this?

I'll then load my Norton.

You just need to goto into the opition and disable AutoProtect, but you dont
want to have two AntiVirus on the same machine.

McAfee version 7 works well.. try it for a while before going back to
Norton..
