System Tray Icon Disappear

I have a Program( exe File)
When it start up, it will hide in the System Tray and double Click it, it will display in the desktop

I am using Window Scheduling to run the exe file when the windows Start Up
However, The System Tray Icon did not show and
the Exe File run as a BackGround Task
