System Tools Backup incompatible?

Mark

Backed up some simple docs on a W98 machine using system
tools Backup - am now trying to restore same files using
system tools backup on a W2000 machine but the restore
Wizard won't read the floppy "My Backup.qic" file or even
recognize that the file is there on the floppy.
Is it because the file was backed up on a FAT (W98) and
now being read on NTFS (W2000), and what can I do about it?
Thankyou!

The backup format .qic is the reason, w98 backup software
is not compatable with w2k. You can restore on a w98
machine and then copy to the w2k. or hook up pc to pc and
direct copy.
