System time synch

we have 6+ servers running W2K. 2 Domain Controllers and
60+ clinet PC's.

What server controls time for PC's. I changed both DC's,
which still hours later display the right time. Our
workstations (W2Kpro) changes time to 4 miutes ahead of
actual time.
