System State Restore and Replication

I am going to be doing a system restore this weekend my main W2K DC and I was
wondering what affect this will have on the other DC in my environment.
Specifically when I do this restore there are a couple of user accounts and a
couple of computer accounts that didn't exist when this backup was made.
Will the initial replication wipe those out on the unrestored DC?? Or really
what will happen the first time they replicate after the restore?
