System standby failed

I keep getting an error that says the driver for
the 'Standard 101/102-key or Microsoft Natural PS/2
Keyboard' is preventing the machine from entering standby.

I get the same message on 2 computers one is a notebook
from Fujitsu the other is a homemade system that I built.

thanks Mike

Hi Mike,

It means that the keyboard driver does not properly support the standby
function OR that it is in conflict with another installed driver. Try
checking for updated drivers for each system. It may also be the result of a
recently updated driver, in which case rolling back to the previous version
often helps.
