System sounds won't play thru sys when double click

My system sounds (or any .wav files) play thru a third party player when I
doubleclick on them. I would like for them to play thru the system. Th
esystem sounds play alright on their own and when I check them in Control
Panel.

How can I get them to play without having to use third party player?

You could uninstall your 3rd party software. You might want to go to the web
site for the software and look for any uninstall issues first.
