The other reply is correct accept that you can't get the
download because you can't stay connected to the internet.
The solution is to change the recovery of the RPC from
restart the computer to restart the service and once you
have cleaned out the LovSan(blaster) virus then you can
change it back. Go>start\control panel\administrative
tools\services and scroll down to RPC and double click it
to open it and then click the recovery tab and then in
each of the three recovery lines click the drop down list
and select "restart the service". Good luck.
