Has anyone tried downloading "System Safety Monitor,
1.9.4 (beta 1)" ? I'm using a DSL & the program states
it will complete download in 27 minutes. Maybe i'm too
impatient but 27 minutes on a DSL does seem a bit long.

MaxComputing is slow, period. Even their Web pages take forever to download.
So the program is not necessarily real big. Perhaps start the download and
read the download dialog to get the size.

(and *that* page took a couple of minutes to load.)
I've just downloaded it, now. Starting off at about 800, it quickly
dropped off to around 480 bytes/Sec for the 534KB download, giving me a
similar result of about 25 minutes on DSL. It *does* look interesting,
though.
