I was the unlucky recipient of the w32.netsky.c worm. I
went to symantic to run the fix tool. They had me turn
off my system restore function (control panel - system -
system restore)prior to running the fix and then directed
me to turn it back on when I was done. I chose "turn off
system restore on all drives" but when I went back to
reenable this feature, I found that it is unwilling to
let me do that. Anybody out there know how I go about
doing this?? I run windows XP professional.

Thanks so much for any help!

Kathy
Actual email is (e-mail address removed) leaving out the
nospam part listed above. I just don't need any more junk
mail OR any more worms!!

Putting your real e-mail address inside the message is just as bad as
posting it in the header.
