System restore

I used the system restore instead of recovery and lost all stored info. Any
way to retrieve this now?

Go back to System Restore & tick the place that says: "Undo last restore point" (or
something like that)

The menu only has choose date or create date to restore, no undo last
restore. The only date I can choose is 11/30 or 12/1 from when the origanal
recovery took place.

System restore is NOT for getting back ANY data. That's why you need to
have backups of your data on at least two different sources of media.
