System Restore

Can anyone tell me why I can`t alter the day or month in
`System Restore` calendar?
It`s stuck on 8 Nov.and I can`t go back.
 
This happened to me when I attempted to use System
Restore before I had made the restore disks. XP
apparently doesn't have a setpoint like Me.
