System Restore

I'm trying to restore my system to an earlier date. It will only let me go
back as far as July 4th. I know for sure there are plenty of restore points
before then. How can I get to them? Thank you in advance for any help.
 
Did you click the arrow at the top of the Calendar to go back to June? How much space is allocated for System Restore? By default, it will use up to 12% of your hard disk capacity, but if you don't have that much free, then...........

Did you make a new browser your default browser after your last restore date
?
