Peter,

Is your space bar broken too?

You can run the restore wizard by going to start, run,
and type in "C:\WINDOWS\system32\restore\rstrui.exe" and
then hit OK. If that doesn't work, you can also try and
see if your Help and Support menu works in Safe Mode. To
enter Safe Mode, start tapping your F8 key at bootup.
Once the screen comes up, you may have to hit F8 once
more for the menu to come up with the Safe Mode option.
