system restore

I get the following message when I try to use system
restore:
The procedure entry point
RemoteAssistancePrepareSysyemRestore could not be located
in the dynamic link library WINSTA.dll"
What should I do to use system restore.
 
I get the same thing, so if someone responds to you let
me know and vis versa.
