There is a hack that allows Task Scheduler to work with blank password, but
there are some serious implications. Therefore, set a password for the user
account and configure the task. If you want. you may set auto-logon using
Bert's instructions.
BTW, here is a script that creates a Restore point automatically upon the
*first* startup of the day. This should be a handy script, as the automatic
checkpoints are not consistent.

How do I get task scheduler to do a daily system restore without a
password?
In the users control panel, I enabled create password for the
administrator using blanks.
It still doesn't work.
