SYSTEM RESTORE TO DISABLE

I am using the windows2000 professional I run stinger
virus removal tool it detected blaster & polybot virus. I
succesfully removed virus but when i restart the polybot
virus is regenerated. Kindly help me how to desable system
restore in windows 2000 professinal to distroy this virus
permanantly

Check in your registry under hkey\local
machine\software\microsoft\windows\current version\run and
hkey\current user\microsoft\windows\current version\run
and see if there is anything you don't recognize and try
to trace it. Alot of times spyware and viruses will leave
an installer file behind and everytime you restart it
calls itself and replicates.
